The house (1,422 ft²) has been recently renovated (2020) and tastefully designed by the French designer with attention to its artistic details. In the spacious garden, guests can enjoy comfortable seating area, as well as the soccer table on the front porch of the house.
The house is situated in a lively neighborhood 5 minutes by walk to the centre with shops and restaurants. Only 5 minutes Drive to Design District, 10 minutes to Brickell and 15 minutes to Miami Beach.
The accommodation is equipped with the following: fenced garden, terrace, garden furniture, washing machine, dryer, unlimited open-air parking on the street (free), air conditioning (hot/cold), internet (WiFi), 2 TVs, safe ,alarm, iron, hair dryer and more.
In the induction open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, kitchenware (pots/pans for induction stove),plates and bowls are provided.
For your convenience we provide complimentary basics such as 4 towels per bed, 3 toilet papers in each bathroom, mini shampoos sand soaps, paper towel, salt and pepper, and welcome drinks such as tea and coffee.
Upon arrival you will be provided with the lock box code for the gate key, as well as with the 4-digit code to enter the house.
